Job Description: We are looking for someone to take charge of management as the COO (Chief Operating Officer). 　●Strategy Execution: You will be responsible for　implementing strategic goals. You will hold meetings with the CEO to reflect the vision and direction in practical terms. 　●Performance Management: You will be responsible for setting and managing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), making management decisions, and improving the company's growth and performance. Requirements: Experience in startups, VC, CVC, consulting, or the pharmaceutical industry; experience in business planning, corporate planning, management strategy, or general management tasks. Preferred: 　●Experience as a management executive/COO 　●Experience in startups and fundraising 　●Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry 　●Business-level English proficiency Location/Nearest Station: Iidabashi / Iidabashi Station. Remote work is allowed. Compensation and Benefits: Social insurance, health insurance, and employment insurance are provided. Commuting allowance (provided according to company regulations).
